How Your Support Time Works
Each month you receive the time allocated to your package. KWD IT will make contact each month to see if anything has changed within your business and needs updating. If there is nothing outstanding, a list of tasks that would benefit your website can be provided.
Rolled over time. Any unused time is carried forward to the following month only, up to a maximum of 50% of your monthly allocation. Time carried forward is lost if it is not used within that month.
Additional time. You may request up to 50% more than your monthly allocation in any month, with the excess deducted from the following month’s allocation. Beyond that, any additional hours must be purchased in advance at a rate of £70 per hour, directly via the KWD IT website.
Changing or cancelling. There is no minimum contract period, so you may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Any time carried forward is lost on cancellation.
